Our team has completed comprehensive delivery, installation and commissioning of the Bodor C3 fiber laser machine (6000 W). the machine is already operating in the real production cycle of the Ukrainian enterprise and produces the first serial parts.
About the production project
The customer is a Ukrainian metalworking company, which was faced with the task of increasing the volume of sheet metal cutting and reducing the cost of the finished part. To meet these challenges, we chose the Bodor C3 6000 W fiber laser as the optimal solution in terms of speed, safety and reliability.
The C -Series is Bodor’s flagship for 24/7 operation in the mid-to premium segments.
- Solid cast iron bed: Cast iron with high graphite content effectively dampens microvibrations, does not deform from heat, and maintains positioning accuracy for 20 years.
- Capsule protective cabin: a fully enclosed work area protects personnel from radiation, and a multi-point hood instantly removes smoke and dust.
- 6000 W power supply: the “golden mean” for metal up to 25-30 mm thick. Provides fast flashing and economical cutting with nitrogen or compressed air (reducing energy costs by up to 38%).
